EMBARK · LEADERSHIP & WELLNESS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

Helping teenagers build the inner life to lead themselves — and others.

Embark is a weekly, year-long program for Grades 7, 8, and 9. Through creativity, reflection, and real experience — never lecturing — students build emotional strength, genuine friendships, and quiet, real leadership.

The years that shape everything

Between the ages of twelve and fifteen, young people are quietly working out the biggest questions of their lives: Do I belong? Who am I? What do I stand for? It's the window where anxiety, comparison, and social pressure hit hardest — and where the right support changes the whole trajectory.

Schools do a remarkable job with academics. Embark does the part that's taught but often not caught: the inner skills to navigate these years with resilience, empathy, and character.

Built on experience,
not lectures

Built on experience, not lectures Every 45-minute session is a hands-on experience — art, drama, expressive writing, movement. Students discover insight by doing, then name it and carry it into their week. Teenagers tune out lectures; they lean into this.

Designed for each exact age

A twelve-year-old and a fifteen-year-old are not the same person. Grades 7, 8, and 9 each get their own year-long journey, built for precisely where that age is — socially, emotionally, and developmentally.

Grounded in real science

The program draws on developmental psychology, Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle, and creative-arts therapy — proven approaches, delivered by trained facilitators in a safe, structured space.
