1. Services Offered

OpenHearts Counseling provides professional mental health and wellness services, including individual counseling, couples therapy, and life coaching. These services are offered by qualified professionals and are intended to support emotional, relational, and psychological well-being.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to independently use our services. Minors may access services only with parental or legal guardian consent.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide true and accurate personal and contact information when booking or communicating with us.

  • Health Disclaimer: Our services are not a substitute for medical care. For any medical concerns or emergencies, please consult a licensed medical provider.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Booking: Sessions can be scheduled via our website, email, or phone.

  • Cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may be charged in full for the missed session.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • Fees: Payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, as per our internal Refund Policy. No refunds will be made for missed appointments without appropriate notice.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to upholding client confidentiality in line with professional counseling ethics. Information shared during sessions remains confidential unless:

  • Disclosure is required by law,

  • There is a risk of harm to self or others,

  • You provide written consent for disclosure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, images, and branding—is the intellectual property of OpenHearts Counseling. It may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

OpenHearts Counseling is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal matters or disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
